Former hockey coach Graham James granted full parole on sex offences

Durham, ON, Canada / channel12

Former junior hockey coach Graham James has been granted full parole and will live in the community as he serves the balance of his seven-year sentence for sexually assaulting young players.
The National Parole Board says he has shown progress since being granted day parole in January.
At today’s hearing, the parole board touched on the impact his crimes had on the 20 victims, including one who submitted a victim statement saying the assaults left him a “broken and battered” man.
