‘Suicide Squad’ defied critic’s negative reaction to claim the top spot at the box office. The film starring Will Smith, Margot Robbie, and Jared Leto brought in $ 135.1 million, making it the biggest August opening in history, beating the record set by Marvel’s ‘Guardians of the Galaxy,’ which opened with $ 94.3 million August 2014. ‘Suicide Squad’ also holds the record for biggest opening day gross in August bringing in $ 65.2 million.

Ajax rock band, Sum 41 has announced dates for its ‘Don’t Call It A Sum-Back Tour.’ The North American leg is set to kick off in Florida on October 5th and the band will be making some Canadian stops including October 18 in Toronto.
