Robbery at Oshawa Gas Station

Police are trying to identify a male suspect after an Oshawa gas station was robbed on Friday night.

On Friday, July 29, 2016, at approximately 10:00 a.m., officers from Central East Division responded to the Oshawa Gas Bar on Bloor Street East for a robbery that had just occurred. A male suspect, who was wearing a red shirt over his face entered the store and demanded cash. The suspect assaulted the attendant before taking a quantity of cash and fleeing on foot.

The DRPS K-9 Unit searched the area, but the suspect was not located.

The suspect is described as: male, white, 18 to 25 years old, approximately 5’ 6” tall with a slender build and short black hair. He was wearing a blue and white baseball hat, blue dress shirt, black jeans and black shoes, with a red shirt covering his face.
