Elaine Garnett, General Sales Manager
Elaine consistently delivers value and success to her clients through her keen understanding of what makes each business unique. She has a rich background in advertising and marketing, with 15 years of experience at Channel 12 working with both national and local advertisers and a background in TV, radio and newspaper. As a long time resident of Durham Region, Elaine knows the area first hand and is excited about the great growth potential across the region.

Elaine serves as Past President of the Clarington Board of Trade and is a supporter of the Durham YMCA’s Strong Kids Campaign. She also shares her industry knowledge and experience by teaching part time at Durham College – an investment in tomorrow’s leaders. Elaine is a recipient of Durham College’s Alumna of Distinction Award and The Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce’s 2006 Business Person of the Year.

Jacqueline Donovan, Account Executive

Jacqueline has over six years of sales and marketing experience and understands how to increase market share and build sales revenues for her clients. She continues to build successful relationships with many businesses by helping them find their market edge. Jacqueline’s belief in growing business, one customer at a time is how she’s built a successful client base. People are drawn to Jacqueline because of her tenacity, positive attitude, and dedication to her clients.

Living her values of giving back, Jacqueline is actively involved in the community as a volunteer at The Denise House for Abused Women and Children, St. Vincent’s Kitchen, and the Durham YMCA.

Jacqui Zapfe, Account Executive

Jacqui Zapfe has a well rounded sales and marketing background with experience in retail, residential and corporate sales. She loves meeting people, has a curious nature about business operations and her specialty is in client relations. That combination allows her to uncover unique opportunities for her advertisers.

Mandy Marrelli, Account Executive

Mandy Marrelli grew up in Mississauga and is proud to now call Durham Region home, exploring local restaurants, shops and community events. She is high energy and has always worked in sales including retail, print and online media. Mandy understands that no two businesses are alike and works to uncover every detail to ensure all her clients succeed. Susan Korytko, Office Administrator

As the Office Administrator, Sue’s main area of responsibility include credit, collections and payroll. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that communication between our advertisers and the station are always accurate and professional. Sue’s years of experience, friendly attitude and willingness to help are an attribute to Channel 12 as well as to all of our clients.
