Police Investigating After Pharmacy Robbed In Sunderland

Police are looking for information following a pharmacy robbery in Sunderland yesterday.

On Tuesday October 4, 2016 just before 10 p.m., officers in North Division attended the Guardian Drugs store on River Street in Sunderland regarding a break and enter. Information indicated the narcotic cabinet had been broken into. It’s believed the suspect forcibly entered the rear door earlier in the evening and took a quantity of narcotics from the locked cabinet. The store was closed at the time and no one was inside.

Surveillance video indicates the suspect was wearing camouflage pants and a jacket with the hood up and brown gloves.
