A storefront medical marijuana dispensary in Oshawa, which was the subject of a search warrant earlier this month, was searched again resulting in two arrests.
On Friday, September 23, 2016, at approximately 6:55 p.m., members of the DRPS Drug Enforcement Unit executed a warrant at the 420 Compassion Club on Simcoe Street South. Two males inside were arrested and 273 grams of marihuana, along with $2,085 in cash, were seized.
Justin LONG, age 27, of Clarington, and Jamie BUJACK, age 30, of Pickering, are charged with: Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possess Proceeds of Crime Under $5,000. LONG had been charged on September 16th at the same location with the same charges.
