A 30-year-old male, who was seriously injured when his off-road motorcycle struck a dog, has now been charged with impaired driving.
On Saturday, April 23, 2016, officers investigated a motor vehicle collision on Church Street in Blackstock. An off-road motorcycle struck a dog and lost control. The driver suffered serious injuries and was transported to a trauma centre in Toronto by air ambulance. The dog died at the scene.
On Thursday, June 23, 2016, the driver was arrested at his residence.
Taylor CHURCHILL, age 30, of Church Street in Blackstock, is charged with: Impaired Operation and Exceed 80 mgs. He was later released on a Promise to Appear.
