Oshawa Homicide Victims Photo Released

Investigators have released an image of homicide victim Braiden McCLURE as they appeal for more information regarding the circumstances of his death.

On June 1, 2016, the victim, 21-year-old Braiden McCLURE, was located in a parking lot in the area of Bloor Street East and Simcoe Street South in Oshawa, suffering from stab wounds. He succumbed to his injuries in hospital.

At the time of the incident, the victim was wearing a red shirt, black shiny pants and red running shoes.

Police are appealing to the public for information regarding his activities that night and in the days preceding June 1st. Investigators specifically want to know who he was in contact with in the days preceding the stabbing.Anyone with information is asked to call of the Major Crime Homicide Unit at 1-888-579-1520, Det.
