“Now that we released the name, Brayden McClure, we are looking for information about his activities.”
21 year old Brayden McClure died on Thursday after being stabbed in an Oshawa parking lot Wednesday night.
“When officers did arrive they actually commenced CPR and tried to stabilize him then the ambulance took him to the hospital.”
McClure was found with life-threatening stab wounds in the parking lot on Bloor Street and Simcoe Street.
“We are looking in the area, our public service unit is out there scouring the area looking for any evidence at all but now are looking for help from the public.”
The DRPS Major Crime Homicide Unit has taken over the investigation. There is no suspect information at this time.
“We are looking for anyone who may have any information or saw any suspicious activity in the area of Simcoe and Bloor on Wednesday night”
The parking lot is the first thing people see when they drive in off of the 401, an area that was taped off for more than 12 hours on Thursday as police tried to find information on McClure’s last moments.
